Press Tool & Sheet Metal Die Makaer

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints, design schematics and CAD drawings.
2. Visualizing and computing metal shapes and tolerances.
3. Designing Jigs and templates as work aids in the fabrication of parts.
4. Measuring and marking metal stock for machining.
5. Setting up machine tools such as drills, lathes, grinders and milling machines.
6. Cutting and shaping blocks to specified dimensions.
7. Filling, grinding, and shimming metals to ensure a smooth finish.
8. Fitting and assembling tools and die parts.
9.Inspecting finished dies and tools for defects, smoothness and contour deformities.
10. Conducting test runs with completed tools and dies.
11. He should have 12-15 years hand on experiences of press tool & sheet metal die maker with scaffolding and formwork dies etc.
12. Capable of independently making cutting/punching dies for sheet metal work and press tools.
13. Should be all round fitter with complete knowledge of power press operation/Maintenance.
14. Should be able to operate shaping machine, surface grinder and milling machine for machining dies to finished size independently.
15. Should be able to read Engineering Drawings to operate EDM/WIRE CUT MACHINES.
Pay: AED 1000 + 250 + 250+ 300 Food Allowances = AED 1800/- and overtime
