Once the payment is made, you will receive a registration acknowledgment message/email.

Registration Period: 48 Months (inclusive of registration month). If you want to continue your registration, you have to renew in the 48th month. The renewal fee will be ₹120/- inclusive of GST. After renewal, your registration will be kept for another 48 months.
