In Building Solution (IBS) Technicians

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of wireless communication principles, including RF
propagation, antenna theory, and cellular technologies (GSM, CDMA, LTE, 5G).
• Experience with in-building wireless systems, such as DAS, small cells, and
distributed antenna systems.
• Proficiency in RF testing equipment and software tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and RF site surveys.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RCDD, CWNA) preferred.
Preferred technical skills
• Wireless Technologies: 4G LTE, 5G NR, Wi-Fi, DAS, Small Cells
• Network Protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs
• RF Engineering: RF propagation modeling, site surveys, RF optimization
• Network Design: System design, capacity planning, network architecture
• Installation and Commissioning: Antenna installation, cable termination, system integration
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Fault diagnosis, performance optimization,
preventive maintenance
• Tools and Software: RF measurement tools, network analyzers, RF planning
software Other requirement
• Saudi Driving license (or Any other GCC country license)
• Experience in GCC will be preferred.
