He should be an I.T.I Qualified Fabricator with Supervising Qualities/Capabilities & Independent Working Ex I.T.I
2. Should have worked abroad preferably in Dubai/ Sharjah in the above capacity for at least 12-15 years. Experience certificate of such Candidates must be produced along with the CV plus pay Slips.
3. Should be 100% capable of reading Engineering Drawings and independently working with drawings etc.
4. Experience in dealing with Lathe, Plasma, CNC, VMC and HMC machines will be an added advantage.
5. Should have earlier Fabricated big molds, Cylos, Structures, Platforms, etc., and fully capable of supervising fabrication shop activities etc.
6. Should strictly be physically fit and non-alcoholic, well built and at least 5.8" tall.
7. Should be able to speak English and Hindi & Little Bit of Arabic.
8. We will be producing sample drawings till the interviews to access his capabilities whether he can read and understand.
9. He should also be able to work on the materials after examine the Drawings
10. Age Between 30-40
In case if he have some photographs of his previous employment job done by him he can save them in the mobile and show to us. To give us about his idea exposure and depth of Fabrication Facilities .
Pay: AED 1300 + 300 + 300 Food Allowances+ 500 Experiences Allowances = AED 2,400+OT for 9.5 Hours duty including Food Allowances.
