i. Must know basic English and able to read construction drawing.

ii. The first visa and work permit will be valid until the end of the calendar year and may be extended for additional periods of up to one year at a time to a maximum of 63 months.

iii. Accommodation allowance will be deduct from candidates salary as per the location and range will be (278.94 - 449.82 NIS).

iv. Medical Insurance Charges (134.46 NIS) will be deduct from candidate's salary.

v. This amount accrued for each worker in the bank deposit will be paid to the employee together with accrued interest and after deduction of taxes and bank fees, when he leaves Israel permanently at the completion of his legal visa period.
vi. Must have a valid passport
